The short version
Nothing you type into the claim checker is ever sent to us, stored by us, or seen by us. It stays in your browser and disappears when you close the tab.
How we know that’s true
The claim checker is client-side JavaScript. There is no upload endpoint for claim fields. You can verify this yourself: open your browser’s developer tools, switch to the network tab, fill fields on /check, and confirm that no request carries field values.
What is collected
We may use anonymised page analytics (Google Analytics and PostHog where configured) to learn that a page was viewed. Analytics must not record claim field contents. On the checker page, inputs are marked to block third-party capture where those tools honour such marks.
We also collect information you voluntarily submit through the contact form (name, email, message) solely to reply. Do not put patient names, member IDs, or diagnosis codes in a contact message.
No BAA — and why none is needed
Because claim data never reaches AdvancedCare USA Inc., we are not acting as a business associate for claim content typed into the checker, and we do not offer a Business Associate Agreement for that tool. There are no product accounts on this site.
